1. Agreement
By using ITProMail you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Accounts
Accounts are available to existing members only; new registration is currently closed. You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and keys. Enable two-factor authentication.
3. Acceptable use
You may not use the service to send spam, distribute malware, phish, harass, or violate applicable law. We may suspend accounts that put the service or other members at risk.
4. Fees
Plans are billed in advance. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We will give notice before changing prices for existing members.
5. Your content
You own your mail. You grant us only the permission needed to store, transmit and deliver it on your behalf.
6. Availability
We work hard to keep the service running but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability. Keep your own backups of critical mail.
7. Termination
You may close your account at any time. We may terminate accounts for violations of these terms. Data is handled as described in the privacy policy.
8. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided as is and our liability is limited to the fees you paid in the preceding three months.
